"Justin is a creative and easy-going person to work with. He pays attention to details in his work and communicates with you immediately and effectively. He took the time answer my questions and even Skyped with me to help me understand how to put various items on my webpage. More importantly, as a designer, he is flexible and makes sure to follow through with your artistic style and influences."

"I have known Justin for a couple years and have grown to consider him a friend. When I needed my website overhauled, I contacted him to discuss design and development. Once the agreement was reached, the design began to take form relatively quickly. He was always willing to listen to my opinion and ideas and did his best to stay true to my needs. Now that the site is finished I could not be happier and will gladly recommend him to anyone."

» Questions How much do you charge?
The cost depends upon the scope of the project and budget, I do not charge hourly. It is not particularly fair to either, as the time spent on a project can vary greatly.
How long does it take to complete a project?
There is no hard answer for that. Some projects involve much more work than others, but an estimate is given once a project is quoted.
What are your terms?
There is a 30% deposit of the quoted fee upfront and is non-refundable. It covers any work completed in case the project is terminated by either party. More information regarding terms is available when you receive the Project Agreement. There is an incentive discount percentage for paying before deadline, and a penalty percentage for late payment.
If I need a project done urgently, is there a rush fee?
Yes, per what the Project Agreement specifies.
What is the design process usually like?
First we begin with consultation. Here we discuss what is needed, and a Client Review form is filled out. Here you'll note things that will be considered during the design, such as favorite colors, audience, what you wish to communicate, etc.
Work begins after the Project Agreement is signed, copied and sent/given. Some projects begin with conceptual sketches on paper, which you may choose from. Along the development, drafts and changes are shown to make sure we're on the right track. The completed project is given or accessible once final payment is received. |
